Hello, I am interested in a room to rent for myself in North or West Vancouver (possibly Downtown Vancouver). This room should have a decent-sized closet and I would need some kitchen storage space as well.
Parallel contract: I would also like to provide some personal-chef-type meal services and some personal-shopper-type shopping and food provisioning, for a fee of $25/hour over and above what I would do for myself. For example, if I am shopping for groceries, picking up your items would require 5-10 minutes billable at this rate. This would be suitable for a busy professional person/couple without children with a good-sized room to spare or an older person/couple wanting to remain in your own home. As well, I can provide some "having someone in the house overnight"-type companionship billable at a flat rate.
I am an Insurance Inspector and Property Manager so work offsite and then work in my home office creating reports. I used to live in North Van with my daughter. My son came out last summer so we moved to Langley and I live in a 3 bedroom luxury apt with three adults. I use the large bedroom suite and have both sleeping space an office space in my area. It works really well. My daughter, fiancé and son are getting their own place. I seek to return to the North Shore (love it). I am available Sept 1st. Not seeking to clean other than clean up after myself. BTW I love to cook from scratch, eat raw, fresh and healthy, not vegan, and I fit the very quiet, no 420, no smoking at all kind of a girl.
